You will learn to manipulate through you computer’s operating system, Windows.  Depending upon the version ot the operating system you have on your computer, print one of the following guides:

You will learn to understand how the Internet works and the terminology used when using the Internet. Print the following guide and then view to PowerPoint presentation that will help you complete the study guide.

You will learn how to use our email program. To complete the requirements for GroupWise print out the following guide and then view the PowerPoint presentation that will help you complete the study guide.

Learning to use a word processor you will need to go through the three tutorials found at Online Expert (LearnKey) and complete each test. Be sure to print out the certificates.
