- NHS students can earn up to 60 hrs. of college credit and earn one of 30 Associates Degrees

- The Texas Impact Network’s goal is to ensure awareness of CCMR Outcomes Bonus funding and use the funding as a prompt to analyze the effectiveness of current CCMR programming and identify strategies to increase student outcomes, thereby generating more funding to expand successful initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
2019 - NISD increased bilingual teacher stipends from $3,000 to $5,000 annually & reimburses cost of certification exams for bilingual teachers - See page 6 under NISD
2019 - NISD and NHS partners with the University of Texas at Austin to offer low or no cost dual enrollment collegiate opportunities for students. - See front page.

2023 - NISD board approves ‘life changing’ raises May 03, 2023 In an emotional, heartfelt, special meeting, Navasota Independent School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved a new salary scale that will be a “life changer” for NISD teachers.
2023 - Dr. Stone earns School Business Certification November 22, 2023 The Texas Association of School Business Officials announced Dr. Tracy Stone, an assistant superintendent at Navasota ISD, earned her Registered Texas School Business Administrator (RTSBA) certification.
2024 - Navasota ISD passes two bonds, largest for the district
Voters in Navasota voted yes to two bonds in the May 4 election Saturday night.

Proposition A was a $71 million bond package to help renovate current schools, remodel existing campuses including roofs and HVAC systems maintenance, and address the growth in the area with some of the funds going towards a new elementary school, as well as Proposition B was about a $3 million bond package...
