Health Services

The Navasota ISD Health Services Department is committed to promoting the health, safety, and well-being of all students and staff. Our dedicated team provides compassionate care for illnesses and injuries while fostering a safe and healthy learning environment across the district.

We support student achievement by helping every student reach their fullest health potential. To accomplish this, each campus is staffed with experienced, knowledgeable, and qualified Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Health Clinic Aides.

Through comprehensive health assessments, individualized care, health education, and appropriate referrals, we work collaboratively with students, families, and staff to address health needs using a holistic approach that supports both academic success and overall wellness.
