The purpose of this event is to support students and families with the transition from high school to postsecondary education and the workforce. We plan to share information about postsecondary options and assist families with enrollment in two free services: Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and SHSU Pathways to Success.

We would like to host the event on campus and invite all high school special education families, as well as families from other cooperative schools. The evening would include brief information sessions, dinner, opportunities for on-site enrollment in the programs, and door prizes.
