November 14, 2017
RE: HWY 159 road closure from 11/15/17 8:30am-Friday 11/17/17
Parents and students of Bus #1 and #13

Texas Department of Transportation has informed us they will shut down HWY 159 between Matt Wright Road and Millican Cut off road for the remainder of the week, beginning tomorrow at 8:30a.m. As a result, we must temporarily do rerouting to pickup and drop off students living off of Hwy 159.

Wednesday 11/15/17 will be a normal morning pickup.

Wednesday thru Thursday afternoon drop off.
Bus 13 will take home the elementary students. Students that live on Hwy 159 up to Matt Wright Road will be dropped off last. The bus must return to Navasota and turn on HWY 159 to drop off students and will result in 30-45 minute delivery time later than normal.

High school and Junior High school students will have a change for afternoon Wednesday and Thursday as well. Bus #33 will pickup the students that live on Hwy 159 up to Matt Wright Road and deliver them home. Bus #1 will deliver all students off of FM 2154.

Thursday and Friday morning pickup
Thursday 11/16 and Friday 11/17 in the morning will be changed as well. Bus 13 will pickup all students elementary, High School and Junior High that live on HWY 159 up to Matt Wright Rd.

Bus #1 will pick up all grades that live off of FM 2154.
Friday afternoon

Due to the out of town game, we had already notified parents that we would have double routes that day. We now have to change the plan, slightly.

Bus #33 will meet bus #1 at the bus barn and the students living on HWY 159 up to Matt Wright Rd will be transferred to bus #33. Bus #1 will deliver all students living on FM 2154.

Feel free to call the office if you need further information. 936-825-1813.
