Region VI Education Service Center is now offering a Driver Education course via the web.
Who: Available for students 14-17 years of age. Students must be 15 in order to receive a learner's permit from the Department of Public Safety.
What:
Phase 1: Online Instruction
- Start with a 32-hour online course
- Course work can be completed in as little as 16 days
- Course is available for 28 days upon enrollment
Phase 2: Behind-the-Wheel Instruction
- Parent-taught instruction ESC6 Course 106 ($50)
- Public School Instruction (not available in Navasota)
- Commercial School Instruction (cost varies)
